Return Policy
To return defective or misordered equipment, please call 651-982-5566 to receive an RMA number.
All non-defective parts are subject to a 25-35% restocking fee, determined at the discretion of FRESH SMOKE, based on the item being returned. All returned products must be 100% complete.
FRESH SMOKE will replace defective items, if possible, or the purchase price of the defective product will be refunded or credited to Customer’s account. All defective items must be returned to FRESH SMOKE within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the product. Customer is responsible for all freight costs associated with returned products, unless otherwise agreed upon by FRESH SMOKE. Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products returned to FRESH SMOKE. Customers shall insure all return products against loss or damage while the product in question is in transit.
